Our 3 Simple Steps:

Step 1: Order Your Lenses Online

Click the "BUY PRESCRIPTION LENSES" button above to complete the form and customize your lenses, including tints, coatings & more!

Step 2: Ship Your Frames

There are a few things that need to be taken care of while shipping your frames, like packing your frames properly and providing a tracking number. Refer below for additional notes.

Step 3: Install Custom Lenses

Once we receive your frames, we start working on them immediately and install the prescription lenses that you've ordered. After carefully installing your new lenses into your frames, we ship your frames back to your door!

We have developed a program where you can send us your most favorite frame and we can update the lenses for you. We will do our best to get your prescription in your frames, however, there are a few rules:

ARE YOUR FRAMES ELIGIBLE? 

• Some older frames are too fragile to replace the lenses
• Some frames are not designed to hold prescription lenses
• Some frames cannot support significant prescriptions
• Some frames need to be altered to fit your prescription lenses
• If you send in your frames with lenses, we will replace your lenses and do our best to return the old lenses as well. However, during the fabrication process, the lenses may be damaged when they are removed from the frame.
• If you send your frames to us and we determine any of these may happen we will ship your glasses back and refund the difference after shipping and handling fees to return the frames back to you. 

SHIPPING YOUR FRAMES

As you know, crazy things can happen while shipping items across the country. This is why...

• You are responsible to ship the glasses to us and associated fees. We will ship and pay to send the glasses with the new lenses back to you.
• it is mandatory to include a tracking number when you send us your glasses. That way all parties can see where the item is.
• we highly recommend you send your frames in a secure, hardshell case or a box that is unlikely to get crushed or damaged. We cannot be responsible for eyeglass frames damaged upon arrival.
• we highly recommended that you insure your package for the value of your frame.

Once we receive your package we will begin the order process. We cannot begin fabricating your lenses before then. As part of our quality control, there are measurements that are required on your frames in order to process your lenses to the highest quality. Once we receive your frames and inspect it, we will notify you that your lenses have begun the fabrication process. The fabrication process takes between 4-10 business days depending on your prescription and the lenses you have chosen.
